I must be the only one with the will power to have left over bacon... Just Sayin  :D

Then for your safety...and the sanctity of your "stash"....I highly recommend that you do not let anyone in THIS crowd know where you live.... :D :D :D

There are just two of us here and when I cook bacon for BLTs or a bacon cheeseburger I cook a whole pound. I have a few slices left over even with quality control testing. These go in a zip lock bag in the fridge. They normally don't make it through the night. Sometimes my wife will say save me some bacon so I can have a sandwich tomorrow. I go to the fridge and look at it and try to decide if I want to eat it and bring down her wrath or not. It has gone both ways, and I have to say I really like leftover bacon.

On rare occasion we'll have leftover bacon but it usually doesn't last very long as a leftover. Somehow it magically disappears one slice at a time(not by me). When the leftover bacon thing does happen I'm as happy as just having bacon because for me IF it survives until the time I feel like having a BLT I'm grateful it was leftover. Mmmmmmmm........ BACON!!!!!! So technically it is never really left over.
