Here is my recipe for Cranberry Salad.

Pam's Cranberry Holiday Salad
1 pkg raspberry or any red jello
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 orange ground with rind
1 apple ground, cored but not peeled
2 cups ground cranberries
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1/2 cup shredded carrots
1/2 cup chopped celery
pineapple - optional
Prepare jello with 1.5 cups water,  when medium thick, and mix with everything else. Pour into mold and let set up
To serve, I mix sour cream with some honey till it tastes good, better than whipped cream.
This is my take on cranbery salad. Enjoy.
