Wife wants me to make a bacon wrapped pork tenderloin on my new pellet grill. Looking for any suggestions/recipes from all you pellet grill masters.
Thank you in advance!

Not really a recipe but mustard, molasses, or maple syrup make a great glue to hold spices or a rub. I would pull it at 145 degrees or less. But that is my preference.

Here is my Pork Trifecta.

Since that posting, I have improved the technique.  I fit the body of a bulb baster with a "plunger" made from a section of #10 threaded rod along with some nuts and washers.  Fill the body with partially cooked sausage, use the threaded rod to start your hole going through the center of the tenderloin and as the baster goes through the hole, push the sausage into the void it created.

In fact, I'm doing a half dozen of them tonight for my mom's birthday. But, at her request, they're Italian seasoned and wrapped in prosciutto instead of bacon.

Tomcrete has a good pic of a loin that is cut in the center..almost to the end..and filled with anything you like, shrooms, onions, gahhlick, roasted red peppers etc. The do your bacon wrap and cook on whatever your using..should be good with anything..even if you don't stuff it.   .☆´¯`•.¸¸. ི♥ྀ.

Nice job! Looks delicious.

Not to get all "chefy" on you but what you did with the tenderloin is called a "roll cut." (Same girl, different skirt <lol>)

Again, nice job. Hope it tasted as good as it looked!
