Citrus Sockeye Salmon w. Arizona salad

Marinated a wild Sockeye with lemon juice/zest, lime juice/zest, orange juice/zest, honey and olive oil. Baked on broil.



Arizona salad is wild greens with mandarin oranges, papaya, avocado and raspberry dressing on top.

 

A pretty tasty dinner.
"Vegetarian" is an old Indian word for bad hunter.
