BD, that last one is still not enough......
Anyone remember the story of Kimmie and I going to Albert's house for dinner ?
Long story short, while Albert was cooking steaks he calls me over and ask "Is this cooked enough for Kimmie"?
I said no got to go more! So he pulls our steaks off the grill and leaves Kimmie's steak on and ck's temp..... Temp read 183 and climbing he says!! Is that good, Kimmie says no not yet!
Then he says 190+ are you sure she will eat it? I said yes but not yet! At 200 he pulls it off and states I can't do this to a steak, Kimmie finialy says good enough Albert
NO I'M NOT JOKING in any way she like burnt meat
She did say hers could have gone another min or so
