Excellent ribs! The Kosmos Q Sweet Honey Pecan Rub added a delightful flavor to the ribs. I really like
using plum wood, especially combining it with cherry wood. The Lane Vidalia and Peach BBQ sauce was
definitely a bit spicy, but not to the point that it was obnoxiously spicy!

Mac N Cheese was awesome! I bought some after seeing a video from Smoky Ribs BBQ.
