I really need to go back to work I'm getting bored and when I'm bored I experiment with food  ;) ;) ;)

So now I have made the low carb wheat thins I thought I'd jump in and make mozzarella sticks with almond flour

About to cook them so I'll post finished pictures in a few 8)

Well, here they are all finished.  These are really good and a very good replacement for higher carb cheese sticks

I made these with 50/50 almond flour and Parmesan cheese in an egg wash .

Tommy, I am going to try some of these tomorrow.

Try some Monterey Jack cheese too. It is fabulous for cheese sticks.
