My aunt  sent me these pics via Facebook. This is a traditional cook in Puerto Rico for Christmas. They will usually raise the pig themselves. The pigs have no idea why they eat so good while they are my family ;D ;).  I took pics of my screen to upload thru tapatalk.

We did one a couple years back in the back yard. Made a makeshift pit with cinder blocks right on top of the
Ground. Worker great.
