Tatonka Dusted Buffalo Sirlion Tip Roast
« Reply #-1 on: January 20, 2013, 10:57:54 PM »
Was -11º with 23 mph winds today so instead of grilling outside went with the Showtime rotisserie. This was a 4 lb. sirloin tip buffalo roast seasoned with Tatonka Dust and wrapped in Saran Wrap to rest overnight in the fridge.

After it was on the rotisserie spit added grilling bands to secure the roast.

-----

Cooked to 145º and rested for 20 minutes for a medium rare.

-----

Sliced Sirloin tip buffalo roast seasoned with Tatonka Dust and served with mixed vegetables and roasted garlic potato's.

This was so delicious! :drooling:

Thanks for looking!

Brrrr.  -38° Windchill Factor...  I don't blame you for staying in and using the showtime.

That roast didn't turn out bad at all for using an indoor rotisserie. Nice char on the outside and a nice upper end medium rare pink on the inside (just the way I like).
