Hi...today I am smoking about a 4lb pork roast for pulled pork. No problem, but I want to make some tamales too. Does anyone have a tried & true recipe for tamales? Family recipe are the best so if you have one, would you share? I have everything I need, just need to get'r done. Thanks Pam ★*˚°。°
