ribs look great.  nice color and ring to them.  is your grease pan cover w/ a foreign substance? I thought real bbqers only used foil for ribs.  lol....... :D

I like to do beef ribs but feel like I am paying too much based on the amount of meet to bone. Like it when I can find them on sale

All of the Walmarts around me sell them for $1.88/lb, and they are nice quality and very meaty.  Hard to pass on that.  Kroger wants almost $4/lb in the same area.

If you only knew some of the typos I have made......YIKES! :D ::) - we knew what you meant.  Still - I hoped to see a BIG whole "cow cooker" parked in your driveway! :D

Would be kinda cool.  I wouldn't know what to do with something that big.  I am still working on leaning my little old Mak.

I have to cover it.  Can't bring myself to get her all dirty.  Trying to keep her in top shape.  I know I don't have to but I can't stop myself.

1.88/lb is a great price. I only see them for the $4/lb

 It came with my PC.

 Miss steaks aye can knot sea.

Eye ran this poem threw it,
 Your sure reel glad two no.
