Leftover Tri-Tip
« Reply #-1 on: June 12, 2013, 07:36:25 PM »
Thought about what I had at the house and all I needed was some bread. Stopped and got a fresh loaf of Cuban. The players.

Let’s cook it up. Caramelized onions, Sautéed mushrooms, Sautéed peppers and the Tri-Tip.

The Tri-Tip. Slice and chop

Toast the bread

Sautee the Steak and Mushrooms

Put it together with some provolone and pickle

Yea Baby!  Enjoy!
