Dry Aged Rib-Eyes with "Mystery" Steak Rub
« Reply #-1 on: July 19, 2013, 09:09:10 AM »
A while back Chris(Tenpoint5) sent me a jar of "Mystery" steak rub. Said that he really liked it so I thought I would finally give it a try.

Rib-Eyes searing on the SRG grill coated with the "Mystery" rub...

Off they come after a Super Fast Green Thermapen check. I like the color the rub gave them...

Plated with Texas Toast and bacon topped scalloped potatoes...

Interior shot...

I really like the steak rub and no complaints from the wife either. Thanks Chris ;)

That was a phase I was going through seasoning steaks. I don't remember where I put the recipe for it. I hope I sent you a copy of it Mike.
