A little steak . . .
« Reply #-1 on: August 08, 2013, 06:43:37 AM »
I celebrated my birthday yesterday by eating several things that were not exactly healthy but were wonderful.  I started with a big stack of pancakes and a side of link sausages for breakfast washed down with a biscuit covered with sausage gravy.  For dinner last night I cooked this little steak.  It was a 32 oz. porterhouse cooked on GrillGrates to medium after marinating in red wine, Worchestershire, garlic and olive oil all afternoon.  Every now and then I just have to have some M*E*A*T  ::)

What's life worth living if we cannot enjoy the things that are bad for us once in a while, and I can't think of a better event than a birthday.  Happy B-day, Hub  ;)
