Those look seriously tasty.  Did you use an additional fillers (veggies, etc.) with the brisket?  And was the brisket shredded or diced?

This does look good and I too would like more info.  I was just thinking that Pulled Pork should work too.  Lots of possibilities.

Love fried food and these egg rolls look delicious - wife won't let me have much fried these days.  That's one problem with age - the older one becomes, the less one can indulge in the foods of choice  ;D

PZ, I do oven fried chicken on a regular basis and I've had egg rolls done in the same fashion that taste almost as good as fried; still crunchy but just missing that unctuousness ...

Prep the egg rolls like normal, spray a baking sheet (lined with parchment paper or foil) with Pam for Grilling, then spray the tops of the egg rolls with Pam as well.  12-15 minutes in a preheated 425 oven or until brown with the seam facing downward and you've got yourself some semi-healthy egg rolls.

Now to find some wonton wrappers and egg roll wrappers for some pulled pork ...

Looks and sounds good. The two best egg rolls I have had were at The Hair Of The Dog pub in Chattanooga. They had a BuffaRoll that was Buffalo Chicken and sauce in an egg roll with Ranch dressing to dip it in and a RuebenRoll that was corned beef, cheese and kraut in an egg roll with thousand island dressing to dip it in.

Thanks for the tip Joe; that method sounds like a winner - still get enough fat for crisp, but not too much to alarm the wife.  ;D

I'm always looking for an alternative to deep oil frying despite how much I too love the unctuousness that only that method gives.  That's why I ordered the SRG - looks like it might make a crisp and tasty bird, if all the photos I've seen on the forum give any indication!
