Did another steak in the pizza oven.

Broke out the Instant Gourmet Awake-a-Steak. Man this reminded me how I miss Phil. This one is for him...



Liberally coated the dry aged rib eye...



Gave the steak a 5 minute treatment this time...



All done and plated...





Also had a salad with Pomegranate dressing...



Perfect!!!



It was just fantastic! :)

Not long once the flames die out. In cool weather like today and the fan on maybe 5 minutes. The metal is not super thick.

Looks really good, muebe!  That steak looks perfect; almost like it was treated sous vide it is so uniform
