Venison filets
« Reply #-1 on: December 27, 2013, 09:19:26 AM »
Today I cooked two little venison filets. One was seasoned with Big Poppa's Double Secret Steak Rub and the other with Little Louie's Seasoned Garlic Salt. I seared them on flipped GrillGrates for a few minutes and served them with the leftovers from my yesterday's menu:

I have some elk that would work just as well as your venison.  That looks really tasty.  Another great cook WC.

I love venison.  I don't think leftovers ever had it any better!

That looks really tasty, and I don't even like venison - have never developed the palate for many of the game meats.
