I would like to know what you rubbed the beef sort ribs with? I see a lot of cracked coriander seed….but, what other flavors do you like on them Aaron?

Mmmmmmm--  I concur with everyone, that is one phenomenal looking cook there!   Just wish my computer came equipped with a Smell function!!   Bet the whole neighborhood was drooling. :)
