The first of my elk burger. Added lamb and some other goodies. Made some bread and turned out good.  Elk was very good.

Love some gyros and it looks outstanding!!! I went to a wild game restaurant ages ago and had a sausage sampler and remember the elk was the best! You been busy turning out some good food FB! Don
