I would love to be able to make some for the Fall Gathering.  All I need is more pheasant.

Well, there is some good news.  I received some more pheasant.  It is in the freezer and will be available for making more pheasant jerky for the Fall Gathering.

Art, Tee gave me a sample when he was at the house.  All I can say is perfect!  Killer jerky !!   The texture was a little softer but I enjoyed the heck out of it!
