I am doing  Beef Ribs now on the Weber gasser and so far nothing is working. :( :( :(

Those are probably the meatiest back ribs I've found to date. They were both in the same package, one was thick and the other rack was thin. I got them at Walmart actually in a cryovac package

Look really good. Lot of meat for back ribs (at least as compared to around here.). Once in a while I can get a rack that good but most of the time they aren't as meaty. I'm jealous. >:(
