I'm wanting to try smoking a deer leg this weekend. Any of you guys have any experience with deer on the PBC?

You can hang the leg for the entire cook and we would recommend using the Pit Barrel Cooker Beef and Game Pit Rub to season. Be sure to watch the internal meat temps as the meat can dry out quickly. Enjoy!
