Quick meal of a Pork Tenderloin
« Reply #-1 on: November 14, 2016, 04:08:01 PM »
Didn't have time for a full smoke of an other protein so marinated these guys in some soy sauce, honey, garlic and other goodies for a couple of hours and on to the PBC.  Got up to internal temp of 145F in less than an hour.  Ends were a little dry but otherwise nice and juicy.

Looks good did you hang them or put them on the grate? I had the ends dry when I put them on my grill indirect. But I didn't on the pbc on the grate

Put em on the grate as I wanted them as far away from the heat source as possible

Nice job.  I love doing those because they're so easy and quick.  And the results are always very good, as long as you don't overdo it.
