Cooking 2 - 15 to 20 lb turkeys Thursday. Any guesses on the time?  I will be using a maverick thermometer but want to get it done close to the right time. I will also be doing a couple pork shoulders in my offset but not worried about them. They can rest for a long time.

I have an 18# and it should take 4-5 hours. I don't know how two would affect the time though
