I got just a carcuss left to see from a 15# bird...I think they liked it..will be making stock and turkey soup for sure.  .☆´¯`•.¸¸. ི♥ྀ.

My first turkey on the PBC- came out great in 3.5 hours for a 13.5lb bird.  Happy Thanksgiving everyone
