I'm not always around the Internet so I'm looking for his "PBC Recipes for Dummies." The video recipe-book is great but hard copy would be useful.

Has anyone seen one?

I sort of transcribed Noah's Chicken video so I could follow it like a recipe.  I have it as a Microsoft Word file but I can convert it to a PDF file.  PM me with your e-mail address and I'll send it to you.  I don't think I can attach a file to a PM on this forum.

I also copied 1Bigg_ER's comments that suffice as a recipe in his post about Jerk Seasoned Chicken Wings here.
