Another chicken in the books!  Man, Bigg was not kidding when he said that the PBC makes the best chicken ever...I have dubbed my PBC the "Chicken Slayer".  Nothing but juicy goodness here!

Great looking chicken, did you use any rub on them or any other preparation, like brining or oil on the skin?
