I've been itching to get out and do some baby backs...





Short story is...they were awesome. Love the PBC!

Did you hang  'em or rack 'em?

Hanged for about 3 1/2 hours. Used kingsford original, about 35℉ outside. The ribs were sprinkled with the All Purpose rub. I ended up not even saucing - they were tasty.

My PBC has a nice well used patina... I am sure my brother will enjoy it when I upgrade t the new shiny one...  ;) ;D
