St Louis style came out incredible

This is my hastily packed lunch for tonight (yes veggies right out of a can) Seeing as how these are cheaper than baby backs and just as good, I may buy these from now on. Caked in Memphis dust of course. Can't wait til 4am!

I love St. Louis style spares over Baby backs anyday. Lot cheaper as well. Darn good looking grub. Glad your cook came out good today  :)
