Pork tenderloin.

Aldi had them on sale for a few bucks, so me and the wife decided to try one. I'm cooking a butt today so figured I'd throw it on and see how it tasted. Took about 35-40 minutes to reach 145. Seasoned with blacks bbq seasoning and rib tickler. even had a nice smoke ring for a short cook.
Juicy, tasty and tender.
