Another Sunday with the PBC

Two racks of pork ribs, one rack of beef ribs, and a... meatloaf? Yessir, a bacon-wrapped meatloaf and it was divine! That smoky flavor really sets it apart from an oven-baked loaf.

Yes, it can! After a weekend cook, I always end up with plenty of fine leftovers to take for lunch at the office that week.

After the weekend from ..... I came home and ate 6 of those ribs,it does make a great huge cook.

Great cook. I gotta tell you, I love the texture of PBC ribs.
I'm actually starting to suspect that these PBCs come stuffed with a unicorn. Once you hang your food, these unicorns get to work on it.
