How do you post pictures with an I-Phone
« Reply #-1 on: January 12, 2015, 02:58:02 PM »
OK boys and girls, I post a picture of my little baby Mollee a few weeks without any issue.    BUT, that picture was sent to me by my son using his I-phone.

Now here is the issue, every time I take a picture and try to post it says the attachment(s) are to large same if I try to post a picture without resizing it (not going through potobucket) just using pictures on my P.C

Is there a way to resize pictures on an I-phone so I don't have to send them to my P.C then resize??

Any help would be great, this new high-tech stuff is for the birds

Tommy you will need to download a photo editor from the App Store. There is a free one by Axiem Systems that I use and it works good. You can then use the photo editor to resize the image so it will be accepted.

OK muebe, downloaded the APP, now which button do I use toe re-size?  Is it the CROP button? The one that gives readings like 4.3 or 10.8?????

I use Tapatalk

OK I gotta figure out how to use Tapatalk for posting... I read with it all the time, but that would make it much easier to post pics.

Once you figure it out, it is easy. But at first it is a little frustrating

Tommy that is a great free editor but takes some learning to use all it's functions.

Here is a link that will be more helpful...

Glad you started this Tommy.  And Muebe, thanks for the link.

On my iPad the word "aspect" does not appear.

There is a small icon on the right that looks like several pictures or squares stacked. This button allows changing the size.

The I phone works as described in the link.

Best solution: Take dee's on-line class. He charges pretty steep so if you're a bit short (or a bit cheap), go for the second-best solution: Buy an Android phone and forget about all the iDiocy, iNadequacy, and iRritation. Jus' sayin'.
