Dang it.  I'm trying to save money for Xmas.  You ppl keep posting this stuff I have to have.  All long time kettle ppl will want this.

Yeah, Sparky, that about sums it up.  I think I'll just ask for it for Christmas . . . if I can wait that long ! !

This is where I normally use some colorful words but I'll resist the urge.....



I had heat in the grill so I decided to bake......calzone at 500 degrees, no problem.

Thank you! And way too easy to light. That was cooked at a steady 400 degrees, no turning or flipping.

Do you like those cast iron grates?. I have always liked the stock ones but I like how you got open space to see your coals.

I've never used the stock grates. I bought the cast iron grates same day I bought the grill 5 years ago. I love them
