Thanks  ;)

One thing I love is the Bradley racks fit right in the Rec-Tec and make it easy to make the pile of ribs or any small hunks of meat.  I also use frog mats to help with sticking

And still have room for other things like beans

I love the grub.

Question:  With the space of the Rec Tec you could have had the ribs spread out more (sides not withstanding). Did you "pile" em because you were doing the sides or was that planned??

I would think that piled up you wouldn't get even smoker coverage...............got me wondering  :o

Well this is the way Cliff did them and done them this way many times.   You flip the ribs around every 30 to 40 mins to smoke them evenly and takes around 4 hrs to finish    The A-Mazing tube handles the smoke flavor just fine.  Plus the bark is all over the ribs which keeps Kimmie happy (plus for me)  ;)
