« Reply #-1 on: December 01, 2016, 12:14:19 AM »
Video shows how stable my tuned Savannah Stoker IV Controller is and the amount and the smoke produced in the Blaz'n Iron Works Grid Iron at 225 pit setting. Best seen at full screen.

My Royall RG2000 now lives in Acworth, GA with our nephew.  He picked it up during Thanksgiving.
I must say the Royall was the best pellet smoker I had and but I wanted larger.  It had the most even temps left to right of any pellet grill I know of.

Welcome
Just finished a video of SSIV controlling the Grid Iron smoking fresh bratwurst at between pit temperature 120 and 130 degrees
Smoked for three hours between 120 to 130 pit temp and simmered in beer until brats hit 165 internal temperature for 10 minutes.
