Bacon Wrapped Pork Tenderloins
« Reply #-1 on: February 28, 2018, 09:04:49 PM »
Dinner tonight is bacon wrapped pork tenderloins that I got from Zaycon Foods. I seasoned them with Kosmos Killer Bee Honey
Rub. I am using the Weber kettle tonight with the vortex, burning sugar maple lump charcoal with a lump of cherry wood.

15 minutes in and they are getting some good color.

Another 20 minutes and the tenderloins are done.

Our son and his family just drove here from Washington state and will be in town for about 3 weeks.

My dinner on our fancy china!

The tenderloins were super good! Very moist, tender and the bacon was crisped just right.

For those interested the blue plastic things on the tenderloins are heat resistant anchors to secure the bacon. I wish I could
find these in a store somewhere. Sure beats using toothpicks. But they can be reused to I will save a few.
