Smoked Meatloaf
« Reply #-1 on: February 10, 2018, 10:19:25 PM »
Wife made up a batch of meatloaf using 1 pound of beef, and 1 pound of lamb. Ran it on Smoke for 1 hour, then turned up to 350 for another hour( to 160 internal). Glazed with BBQ sauce about 15 minutes before done. Very good! The beef/lamb combo is awesome!
