Great review.

X2 - I'm glad someone broke down the differences and am happy that I randomly ended up waiting until the new year to get my PBC. Pleasantly surprised with all of the upgrades for a nominal price increase!

Looks like I need to get busy, with  sous vide, the PBC, PK and Old Smoky.  Big Easy cooks have been few and far between  ???  :D

Good reason to cook this weekend  :D  Now the only issue is which one do I use?  ;)
