I would like to say WELCOME aboard to the SCA!  :D  This is what the steak competition world has been needing for a LONG time. I would like to encourage everyone to check it out even if you don't do competition steak cooking. Some really nice people got this thing going with a LOT of hard work.

We are very proud to have Brett and the SCA here as a forum sponsor.  I'm looking forward to reading info about Steak Cookoffs, how they work, what's needed, typical costs, etc.

Excited to see more with the cookoffs! Tee told me a bit about them, and it sounds like a stellar set up!
