Taco Night
« Reply #-1 on: February 02, 2015, 09:28:20 PM »
Needed to make a quick dinner tonight...

Stopped by Wally World after work and picked up some thin-cut sirloin tip steaks. Seasoned with a blend of M-3 and WOW and set aside while the grill came up to temp. Threw on the grill for a couple of minutes while the wife was prepping the fixin's. Start to finish, about 30 minutes. No pics of the prep, but here's the money shot. I'm really digging these spices!

They were fantastic, Teesquare. The seasoning was a bit hot, which worked out perfect with the taco theme. I suspect that if the spices would have had more time to marinade into the meat, the flavors would have developed a little bit better. Also, since the cook time was so short, only a couple of minutes per side, I think that the spice heat remained strong. Overall a successful cook!
