Simple Guilty Pleasure Breakfast Sandwich
« Reply #-1 on: March 26, 2016, 11:31:36 AM »
Okay first of all this is quick and easy, so it works ANYTIME not just for breakfast. Start with the proper amount of bacon
(I seem to always underestimate the proper amount! :D), put some Savor Super Pig on it while it fries. Toast up and butter an English muffin, slice off a slab of bleu cheese (mine is from a local cheese maker), assemble and get ready for a most satisfying experience! The only way to improve this simple sandwich is with a slice of garden fresh tomato.

Day-um that looks good..I don't do blue cheese but I'm thinking a slice of hot pepper cheese wouldn't  hurt anything, gotta get some more England muffins as my 3 year old calls them. I have made them and they are way better that store bought ones. Thanks for the reminder.   just sayin.  .☆´¯`•.¸¸. ི♥ྀ.

That sounds totally decadent!   Would never have thought of using bleu cheese in a breakfast sandwich, but that looks incredible!  Especially from a local cheesemaker, that would be amazing!
