Meatballs n stuffed mushrooms on SNS
« Reply #-1 on: February 24, 2017, 10:06:13 PM »
Change up tonight decided to put cheese stuffed meatballs and stuffed mushrooms on the 26er with 2 chunks of hickory while spare ribs were on the PBC.
The SNS is an amazing product when it comes to the universal use of the design that you can just let your mind wonder and cook anything with it with no experience at all!!! Wow do I love this thing.

That 26er looks big enough to cook a side of beef on.
Gonna have to try some stuffed meatballs. They look great and so do the mushrooms.

Everyone should do meatballs on the grill.  A little smoke and char flavor really amps up the flavor.  Nice cook!
