Welcome to the gang from Cedar Rapids, Iowa  8)  You'll find this to be your 'go to' site for grilling, Smokin' tips & tricks. It has also become my favorite social site, as there are many friendly & sociable people here. What kind of Pellet cooker did you get??  By the way, we all LOVE to see the pictures and results of the cooking (I don't always have time &/or energy after the cook to post the pictures, but it's a nice addition to the post when I do. Looking forward to following your food adventures here on the forum.
Do you cook outdoors year around, or only during the 2 or 3 warmer months in Canada  ;)  (OK, you'll have to forgive me for that smart a** remark, I spent my entire life on the border of North Dakota & Canada (& there are many things about it I miss). My friends from around the country always said they'd come to visit me up there in the summer, as long as it landed on a weekend.  ::) :P
