What's the first cook??
« Reply #-1 on: April 27, 2017, 07:05:01 PM »
Ok so the SNS,DNG combo is on the way.. what should be the maiden voyage? I'm thinking a low and slow something but a mid length indirect w/sear finish would probably give me my new toy fix as well.  Fire away
IF IT BLEEDS.. WE CAN GRILL IT!
Throw some on for me!

Pork butt for your low n slow and chicken legs, thighs or whole bird for your hot cook. Of course you can buy some great ribeyes and slowly cook them and then cold grate sear them.

I would do some meaty pork spares. I like to give them a quick grill after smoking them.
