Another tasty fun cook on the griddle. I marinated pork loin in hot sauce and other in McCormick apple. The shrimp with garlic - pepper - old bay and butter. Asparagus - bacon and butter. The pineapple cooked in teriyaki sauce.
The shrimp and bacon wrapped asparagus did not make it to a plate.
The sandwich was unreal and if you have not had pineapple on a sandwich you just have to try it!
