Ever had one of those jobs you really liked going to?     My new job is like that, I actually enjoy getting up and driving 50 mins to my job.

I spent over 32+years working on cars as a job and been around cars, hot rods and trucks all my life and I can say working in parts has to be the best job I ever had.  No more rushing to fix or diagnose a problem, no more dealing with customers who "know" more about their car than I do.

I can say I am blessed with the best job an old tech could have!   

I even smile when I come in the door to work  :D :D :D :D :D :D  and I get weekends off!

Glad it is working out. When I lived in LA and had a long commute, I would get books on tape (don't know what they call them these days). It would make the time go by faster.
