My new AMNPS today

4 bellies in the Bradley smoker using only the AMNPS tube for smoke. Getting plenty of smoke I think

I know, it's sacrilegious, but damn it works good in it.

Not illegal where I live-I'm a retired cop

Lots of smoke, I put the 18" AMNPS full of Pitmaster Choice in standing up since it wouldn't lay down flat.

Took bacon out about 2 hours ago and test fried a couple of pieces and it was damn good.


I got the trimmings going in it now for all my seasoning purposes

Yep, chilling them in the fridge overnight then onto the 10" slicer tomorrow or Sunday

I can do that tomorrow when it's light again. I actually stood it on end and worked great.

When I ordered the tube I forgot the size of the Bradley, ordered a 12 incher the other day. This worked out wonderfully though, I had enough smoke to do 4 racks of bellies and later 3 racks of bacon trimmings I use for seasoning soups, beans, etc. I didn't use the Bradley puck burner at all. I forgot to get the catch pan out before starting. Didn't hurt anything tho'
