Next - have a beef on weck.

Not being close to Buffalo finding kummelweck rolls is a little hard. So a quick google search and now I have beef on weck.

What is left-over prime rib?  :D Nothing about any of that looks "left-over". It was just a "pre-designated multi-purpose cut of beef". :D
