Blackstone Pizza Oven Warranty and Pizza Cook

If you remember the turntable had issues turning on the Blackstone especially when it was hot.  Sent them some pics and they sent me a entire new top half of the grill along with ew motor and side shelf used it tonight and all worked well. Great Customer Service !

They seem like a family company. I follow them on Facebook, and they post employee cookout pics frequently. Glad to hear since I have the griddle

They ( customer service) told me that they have all the grills at there location and use them often so that they understand how they operate so they can better assist customers questions.  Wish more companies would do this such a simple and effective idea. Once again great customer service!
