Actually I'm not a 1 type of cooking snob. If you cook me something that tastes great on Sterno Fuel I'm down with it.

But, I'm a Competitor and also Caterer at times and need to be economical while adding the flavor that on other cookers needs to be imitated. I'm also old school and like to as best I can cook as traditional as I can and burning logs I'm sure was first.

I'm a Fan and Friend of Master BBQ Pit Builder Dave Klose [pronounced Close] but found I could more afford and like better a Peoria Custom Cooker. I have [3] for the price of a great big Klose Pit and put mine against them any day and have.

@IG No, those are Pit Crew Barbeque Products when they sponsored me and my Team. Jeff Hammond is associated with them as well. Good products just not run very well and it's a shame cus with Jeff and I they could have made lots of sales.
